Another fine addition to Chelsea Market, The Filling Station lets you fill up on olive oils, vinegars, sea salts and sugars, with a 10% discount for using their reusable containers.  Can’t wait to check this place out!  There’s nothing like a decadently delicious olive oil with a touch of aged vinegar and a loaf of crusty bread from Amy’s.  Mmmmm.

According to its website, The Filling Station will also eventually be adding craft beers to its list!  More reasons to love the ‘hood.
